Even though it is an atypical winter with the highs being around 65 degrees outside, this time of year is prone to more people curling up indoors and reading a good book. Here are some tips to purchase books that won’t have you paying a ton of money.
*) Check out a book from the library
*) Borrow a book from a friend or family member
*) Order your book from specialty shop websites like Amazon.com where they can include fast and free delivery
*) Read the book in-store while lounging in the coffee restaurant area of the bookstore
*) Call up bookstores that aren’t big chains to do a comparison price.
*) Shop at school or local book fairs, thrift stores, or novelty shops.
*) Check Apps or Kindles to see if your book is free on its site rather than purchase the book at the store. Typically old novels are for free on these sites.
