3. No money for a new dress or new shoes? Then how about pearls or a sparkling bangle or bracelet!? How about a “blinged” out clutch! Small accessories with “bling” can dress up anything!

4. And finally, sequins! Metallic pieces are great options! Check with your local consignment shops for some great pieces!
